VBF-1050X-H6 is a compact vacuum furnace with a 1050ÂșC max working temperature. It equips a W10"xD8"xH5" ceramic heating module in a stainless steel vacuum chamber which can reach a 10- 4 torr vacuum. It is the most cost-effective vacuum box furnace for material research. 

SPECIFICATIONS

Furnace Structure

  • W260 x D200 x H 120 mm (~10“x8"x5", ~6.2 L ) ceramic heating chamber is placed in a stainless steel vacuum chamber with graphite felt thermal insulation
  • Ø25 mm quartz observation window is built into the front door 
  • KF 25 vacuum port and the valves of the gas inlet and outlet are built into the vacuum chamber
  • A mechanical vacuum gauge is included
  • A digital temperature controller with 30 programmable segments is included
  • The heating element of the Ni-Cr-Al resistance coil is hidden in a ceramic chamber to avoid corrosion

  • 2.5 kW Max.
  • AC 208V-240V, single phase, 50/60 Hz
  • Note: A power cable is included without a plug. Please install a plug by yourself or click the link below the picture to choose a plug according to your country or your lab requirement

Working Temperature

 
  • A k-type thermal couple is included
  • 30 segments programmable via a digital temperature controller
  • <= 1000 °C continuously
  • Max. 1050 °C, < 30 minutes
  • Heating rate: ~ 7°C/ min Max under vacuum (10-2 Torr), 85% output.
  • Temperature stability: +/- 1°C
  • RS485 port and software is included for PC operation


Vacuum level and Vacuum Pump


  • 10- 2 torr via a rotary mechanical pump (cold condition) Pic. 1
  • 10-4 torr via turbopump (a cold condition with baking) Pic. 2
  • KF25 vacuum port and gas valves are included
  • One mechanical vacuum gauge is included
