MTI Corporation provides the high-purity quartz tube as the replacement part for induction heaters in universities, companies, and national labs. It can be used Max. up to 1200ºC.

Application Notes	Vacuum Pressure may only be safely used up to 1000ºC. The flow rate for gases should be limited less than 200 SCCM (200 mL/min) fro reducing thermal shocks to the tube. Quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02MPa
