MSK-180-N-G is a precision semi-automatic die cutting machine designed for preparing pouch cell electrode with a maximum size of 200 mm(L) x 200mm (W). The equipment is compatible with glovebox operation to enable electrode processing under controlled gas or inert gas atmosphere.Ā
As an upgraded version of MSK-180, it offers enhanced structural stability and improved cutting precision to minimize burr formation and powder shedding during the cutting process. MSK-180-N is an essential tool for pouch cell fabrication to enable precise cutting of cathode and anodes with the current collector tabs. The electrodes produced from MSK-180-N-G are optimized to match the standard punch cases produced by the MSK-120 Cups Forming Machine, and the electrodes' shape are well-suited for subsequent processes such as tab welding by the MSK-800 and electrode stacking using the MSK-111A.Ā
