Pneumatic Crimping Machine for Cylindrical Cases (Optional: 32650, 26650, 21700, 18650, etc) - MSK-PN510

The MSK-PN510 pneumatic crimping machine is driven by a cylinder to realize the packaging process for the cylindrical battery. The standard configuration mold can be used for the sealing of 18650 batteries. After replacing the mold, other cylindrical batteries (such as 26650) can be sealed.

MTI has granted the patent 201120464653.7 for the Cylindrical Cell Pneumatic Crimper MSK-PN510 since July 2012.

MSK-510M is updated with two-step precision crimping dies for 18650/21700 batteries since Oct. 1, 2021. The second step ensures a high-quality wrinkle-free seal on a properly grooved case.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Feature	Compact and lightweight, it can be conveniently placed in a glove box through the front window. The sealing die is driven by a pneumatic cylinder with adjustable pressure. Compressed dry air or inert gas cylinders can be used ( buy Ar gas is preferred to keep glovebox atmosphere purity ) The pressure gauge is built in the crimper to keep the pressure consistent. The standard cropping die of 18650 is included for immediate use. If you need other dies, such as 21700, or 21650, please let us know in advance. (not suggest that customer change the die by themselves) The pure pneumatic operation, no electricity, easy to use

Compressive Gas	Inert Gas Tank or Air Compressor (0.7~1Mpa) is needed for the machine operation, please purchase separately.  Must use high purity inert gasses (Ar or N2) when operating inside the glovebox.
