OTF 1700X 6Z is a six-zone split tube furnace with an alumina tube and air-tight flange up to 1700°C.

  2. Heating length 1400 mm
  3. 6 heating zones, 6 individual PID temperature controllers.
  4. Ø60 mm × 1800 mm alumina tube


SPECIFICATIONS:

  • 208-240 VAC, 3 ph, 50/60Hz, 100 A, 30 kVA
  • Options for 380 - 415 VAC, 460 VAC, or 480 VAC are all available.

  • Double-layer mild steel case with cooling fans.
  • Surface temperature < 70°C
Pressure
  • < 3 psig
Working Temperature
  • 1700°C , < 60 minutes
  • 800 - 1600°C, continuous
  • <1450°C under vacuum
Heating rate
  • <10°C/min.
Processing Tube & Flanges
  • Alumina tube Ø60 × Ø51 × 1800 mm
  • One set of water-cooled vacuum flange is included
  • Two alumina fibrous thermal blacks are included.
