NdAlO₃ crystal is a new type of high-temperature superconducting thin film and giant magnetoresistive film substrate material. It has the advantages of low dielectric constant and low loss, and good lattice matching with high-temperature superconducting thin films. Compared with LaAlO₃ crystal (melting point ~500℃), NdAlO₃ has a higher phase transition temperature (>1500℃), which helps to extend the lifetime of high-temperature superconducting thin films.
