• Must use acetone to clean and dry rollers' surfaces after each use to avoid rusting
• Apply anti-rust lubricant on roller surface if the machine were to be unused for a long period of time
• Never rolls materials with hardness > 50HRC
• Min. thickness for each rolling is dependent on the materials. Here are some results from our test:

Warnings

• The machine is not designed for thick metallic material. Click pic left for the rolling machine for metal
• In order to prolong the lifespan of the roller bearings, regular lubrication is recommended
• Multi-step thickness calendaring needed: While calendaring the sample sheet, make each calendaring decrement of 0.02mm compared to the sheet original thickness
• Never calendaring decrement over 0.02mm compared to original sheet thickness each calendaring.
• Must clean roller surface after each rolling and lubricate when not in use to avoid corrosion
• It is not allowed to use any MTI product in any hazardous location, especially prohibited from using in Class I environments (flammable gasses & vapor)
