Ā  MSK-BPC-DF200 is a three-roller continuous rolling press with various speeds to prepare a lithium-ion battery's dry electrode and solid-state electrolyte sheet. Three pairs of rolls can be independently controlled under a pressure of 8T Max.Ā

Working Mechanism





Roller Temperature
  • 150°C Max for continuous operation
  • Each roller temperature can be adjusted independently.
Maximum Electrode Size
  • Ā 180mm Max. (the SS substrate is 25 m long)
  • Ā For the current version, the self-standing dry-electrode film length is limited to 20m. If customer need a longer dry-electrode film, please inform us and we will apply an upgraded design for the winding parts.Ā 
  • Five cardboards for electrode winding are included
  • For the winding section of the dry-electrode, PVC Winding Reel is equipped. Slight manual adjustment is required to optimize the tension/speed on winding roll.Ā Ā 
Rolling Pressure
  • 15T Max., each roller pressure can be adjusted independently.
  • Applied force resolution: <1T ± 30kg, >1T ± 0.5%
Rolling Speed
  • 0.05- 1 m/min, each roller speed can be adjusted independently.
  • For real dry-electrode experiment, we recommend the rolling speed is around 0.1-0.2 m/min (each roller speed is different, for example, roller 1: 0.1 m/min, roller 2: 0.12 m/min; roller 3: 0.15 m/min).Ā 
Lamination Function (Optional)
  • For lamination with current collector to make electrodes, please consider the roll-to-roll laminator MSK-BSL-H200
