Hydraulic Crimping Machine for Universal (Ø 10-50mm, 20-140mm L) Cylindrical Cases - MSK-510B

MSK-510B is a hydraulic crimper with a set sealing modules designed for precision sealing of universal cylindrical cell cases. The standard die set is designed for 18650 cylindrical cell, while optional interchangeable dies enable sealing of cylindrical cells ranges from Ø 10mm to Ø 50mm in diameter and L20mm to 140mm in length. Two sealing machines are included for three times sealing. 

• The first crimping module can be installed to perform cap crimping and to ensure smooth edges.
• The second crimping module is installed and used for height and edge adjustment, which achieves a perfect sealing for cylindrical cells.

The compact design enables it to be placed into a glovebox through the Antechamber to minimize contamination of the electrolyte materials during cell assembly.

Simple manual operation with a safety protection requires no gas or electrical input, allowing customers to master the sealing procedures.

Application Note	It is necessary to groove the opening end of the cylindrical case by using the MSK-500L grooving machine before sealing the cap. Each type of cylindrical cell can only be sealed by a certain crimping die set.
