Electrolyte Injection Station

• XYZ three-axis platform for liquid injection up to 64 cylindrical cells ( 18650) per tray.
• The tray is optional for different shapes of the cells to achieve different liquid core injections. Please contact us for different customization for shape and size. 
• The precision rotating plunger metering pump to achieve high-precision injection with 0.3% accuracy.
• Parameters such as vacuum level, injection speed, injection volume, and operating speed are programable via the control panel of the touch screen, which is located the outside glovebox.

Pneumatic Crimping Machine

• Compact and lightweight, it can be conveniently placed in a glove box through the front window.
• The sealing die is driven by a pneumatic cylinder with adjustable pressure.
• Compressed dry air or inert gases can be used ( Ar gas is preferred to keep glovebox atmosphere inert )
• The pressure gauge is built in the crimper to keep the pressure consistent.
• The standard cropping die of 18650 is included for immediate use. If you need other dies, such as 21700, or 21650, please let us know in advance. (We do not suggest the customer to change the die by themselves)

Control Panel

• The touchscreen control panel is installed at the outside glovebox for easy operation.
• The control panel will present the program for:
• Vacuum level ( before electrolyte injection) and dwell time
• Atmosphere pressure ( when filling gas for sealing)
• The volume of electrolyte injection for each cell
• The moving speed and distance of the X-Y platform ( different cases with different spacing)
