MSK-120 is a CE Certified cup forming machine used in the production line of making pouch cell batteries with two optional size ranges (small: Max. 150 L x 120 W x 6 H, mm) and (larger: Max 350 Lx 280 W x 6 H, mm). It is used to prepare polymer cases made of Aluminum Laminated Films. To ensure continuity and compatibility for customer research, adjustable depth (spacers are included in the standard package) to directly match the electrodes cut by the MSK-180 electrode cutting machine.

62mm (L) x 46mm (W) x 3/4/5/6 mm(H), which perfectly fits the electrodes cut by MSK-180SP and MSK-180-N
 
The maximum sizes of cylindrical-type pouch cell is diameter of 18 mm and length of 150mm. 		 One standard die is included

Customized Die Size The customized die is available upon request
Max die size: L75 x W90 mm (dual holes, fold, airbag)
Max die size: L80 x W90 mm (single hole, fold, airbag)

The customized die is available upon request
