MSK-E110-A8 is a compact benchtop, 8-channels automatic assembling machine designed for CR20XX and other 20mm-diameter coin cells. It performs fully automated sequential operations from assembling, electrolyte injection, and cell sealing. The system utilizes servo-motor and a precision load sensor to ensure stable and reliable pressure. Its compact design allows operation inside a glovebox or dry room.

Assembling Sequence 
  • Two assembly sequences are available for CR2032 coin cell assembling. The negative assembling sequence is default mode, the positive assembling sequence can be configured upon request. Please contact MTI before purchase
  • Negative Assembling Sequence (default): anode case, spacer, anode disc, separator, cathode disc, spacer, spring, and cathode case

  • Positive Assembling Sequence: cathode case, cathode disc, separator, anode disc, spacer, spring, and anode case
  • Different assembling sequences can be customized upon request. Please contact MTI for details
Assembling Efficiency
  •  Approximately 90 seconds per cell  ( after loading components
Loading Method
  • Manual loading the materials into the stations. 
  • Subsequently, assemble the coin cell as the assembly sequence
Positioning Accuracy 
  •  Stacking Concentricity: ±0.1 mm
Assembling Accuracy
  •  Tray Processing: ±0.05mm
Sealing Pressure
  • Adjustable sealing pressure
  • Max. sealing pressure: 1000KG
  • Pressure Sensor Accuracy: ±0.5% F.S
  • For the CR20 series coin cell, 500-700KG sealing pressure is recommended
Injection Mechanism 
  • Equipped with a peristaltic pump with adjustable electrolyte injection volume
  • Minimum Single Injection Volume: 0.01 g (accuracy ± 7%)
  • Maximum Injection Volume: 10g (accuracy ± 1%)
Sealing Die

Glovebox Compatibility
Maintenance & Equipment Care
  •  Electrolytes are highly corrosive; therefore, the die set must be cleaned with ethanol after each use to avoid any corrosion damage
