  • Surface finish (RMS or Ra) :  < 10A
  • Packed:  each in membrane box
  • Note:   there is a twin structure Visible on the polished surface
 Chemistry       La0.95Sr0.05Ga0.95Mg0.05O3-δ (LSGM)
 Crystal growth method    CZ
 Crystal Structure    a = 5.493 Å, b = 5.533 Å  c=7.782 Å
 Melting point   ~ 1500oC

  LSGM is a new crystal for MTI.  We still is in R&D to improve the quality 
We found many domains or twin defect inside single-crystal similar to LaAlO3 which results in a crystal rocking curve as below.
      
Usually the defect dose not effect film growth.  The buffer layer may be needed to get better epi film

We don't accept the return because of the defect
