MSK-TE601-VOCs is a manual leaking tester for checking the sealing quality of pouch cells. It is composed of vacuum system, measurement unit, and air compressor.  

Working Mechanism
The pouch cell will be manually placed inside the testing chamber and close the chamber for vacuum-positive pressure loop, which will blow the VOCs from the leaking electrolyte into ionization zone for ionization and measurement, which determines if the electrolyte leaking happens on the sealed pouch cell.
