The gas Inlet fitting for the KSL-1100X muffle furnace comes with a ceramic tube (Ø8×Ø5.4×L80 mm) and a barbed fitting (Ø9×Ø6.5mm). Holes on the furnace body and alumina insulation need to be self-drilled.

  1. The gas Inlet fitting for the KSL-1100X-S muffle furnace comes with a ceramic tube (Ø6×Ø4.2×L50 mm) and a barbed fitting (Ø8.2×Ø4.5mm). Holes on the furnace body and alumina insulation need to be self-drilled.

     

 (1. Outside the furnace, it is a Hose Barb Adapter whose outside diameter is 9mm, 2. Inside the furnace, it is an AL2O3 tube which has an outside diameter of 6mm)

Replace on the back of oven
The ceramic tube (Length 80mm) shall remain inside the refractory block
  1. Stainless steel tube (5 mm Dia) with flange can be added as a gas inlet port of KSL-1200X Box Furnace.
Replace the window by the optional tube
Stainless steel tube shall remain inside the refractory block
