  • ID:          94mm ±0.5mm

Thermal Block
  • A pair of 90 mm OD quartz thermal block
Working Temperature
  • <1000°C under vacuum 
  • <1100°C under ambient pressure <3 psig

Vacuum & furnace optional
    • 7.4E-6 hPa (5.6E-6 torr), unloaded, room temperature
    • 4.6E-6 hPa (3.5E-6 torr) after bakeout Pictures1
    • This tube and flange kit is designed for pairing with the MTI hybrid furnace as the Pic. 1 or Pic.2 below

Application Notes

Ceramic Crucibles ( Alumina, Quartz and Zirconia etc )

MTI recommends placing the sample inside a quartz crucible instead of  puting the sample directly inside the quartz tube to extend service life.
