How to use
- Stir and mix thoroughly.
- Apply for bonding and protecting thermocouples, heat sensors, critical heating elements, laminating, and coating at elevated temperatures.
- Offer high bond strength, solvent, and electrical resistance.
- Bonding alumina, metals, ceramics, graphite, and glass.
- Air dry for 4 hours minimum.
- Post cure 2 hours at 150oF (65oC) followed by 4 hours at 392oF (200oC) for additional moisture resistance.
- It is excellent for repairing inside the chamber of MTI Box furnaces.
Note
- This product is pre-mixed. No additional thinner and hardener is necessary
- Please don't use it as a refractory coating for the fibrous ceramic board, which may cause surface cracking
- Routine stir is necessary after opening the box
- Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature
