How to use

  1. Stir and mix thoroughly.
  2. Apply for bonding and protecting thermocouples, heat sensors, critical heating elements, laminating, and coating at elevated temperatures.
  3. Offer high bond strength, solvent, and electrical resistance.
  4. Bonding alumina, metals, ceramics, graphite, and glass.
  5. Air dry for 4 hours minimum.
  6. Post cure 2 hours at 150oF (65oC) followed by 4 hours at 392oF (200oC) for additional moisture resistance.
  7. It is excellent for repairing inside the chamber of MTI Box furnaces.
Note
  • This product is pre-mixed. No additional thinner and hardener is necessary
  • Please don't use it as a refractory coating for the fibrous ceramic board, which may cause surface cracking
  • Routine stir is necessary after opening the box
  • Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature
