4" Dia. High Vacuum Heating Plate upto 800C for Sputtering Coater DIY - HVHP-100

HVHP- 100 is a 4" heating place designed for use in a high vacuum chamber and a glove box.  It is widely used as a heatable sample holder up to 800ºC for a DIY sputtering or evaporation coater.
