RTP-CZ-2000 is designed for growing diamond fiber and crystal from liquid metal.  It heats rapidly a graphite crucible via resistance up to 2000 °C in a high vacuum SS chamber, and pulls a crystal at a variable speed.  This compact CZ grower can also grow various metallic crystal samples up to a 2000 °C melting point

Vacuum Chamber

 

 

  • Water cooling chamber made of stainless steel with sie 350 D x 380 mm
  • An air-tight pulling mechanism is installed on the top of the vacuum chamber
  • Pulling distance: 100 mm
  • Pulling rate: 0.5 - 50 mm/ h, adjustable
  • Quick-moving speed:  60mm/min
  • One quartz window of 35 mm diameter for the IR sensor
  • One KF 40 port for connecting a vacuum pump
  • One KF16 port for an optional vacuum gauge
  • One 1/4" gas inlet and two 1/4" gas outlets with the needle valves
  • One mechanical pressure gauge ( -0.1 - 0.15 MPa)
  • One set of graphite insulation for the crucible is included

Control Panel

  • The control panel is in a separate unit
  • Manual and automatic temperature control are selectable by a switch.
  • Automatic temperature control is via an IR sensor and a 30-segment programmable controller with +/- 1.0 °C accuracy
  • Manual temperature control is via an adjustable knob.
  • A touch screen panel is installed on the control unit to set up the temperature profile, pulling speed, and display pressure value.

  • 10E-2 torr via dual-stage mechanical vacuum pump (Pic. 2)
