SKJ-BG-1600 is a small 1700 Bridgman single crystal growth furnace, equipped with an outer diameter of Φ60mm alumina tube and a precise furnace movement mechanism (maximum traverse of 200mm). This equipment is designed for growing small-sized metal, oxide, and other single crystals in an atmosphere-controlled environment and can also be used for directional solidification of polycrystalline rods.

- The equipment comes with a graphite crucible with an outer diameter of Φ30mm, an inner diameter of Φ25mm, and a height of 50mm, with a shoulder angle inside

- It can be used with the heating furnace's heating curve to set the pre-pulling time, such as setting the pulling to start after 5 hours
- A digital vacuum gauge and an electromagnetic valve are installed on the sealed flange to control the constant pressure inside the furnace tube, with a control range of 0.01 MPa to 0.02 MPa
