Dual Slot Die Film Applicator with Rollers (150 mm Coating Width) - SEKTQ150DSD

SEKTQ150DSD is a dual slot die film applicator (150mm coating width) equipped with two slot-die heads and a rolling frame. The rollers greatly diminish the friction between the substrate and applicator to ensure the consistency of coating clearance. The assembly also comes with four digital micrometers to adjust the accuracy and the increment between the slot die and the substrate. It is designed to make double layer coating.

Structure	Touch-free coating experience Two 150 mm wide slot die heads are bolted on the 4-wheel rolling stage to reduce friction.  The coating clearance between the slot die and the substrate is adjustable via four digital micrometers. 2 sets of stainless steel shims: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, and 0.4mm are included in the standard package.
Micrometer Head	The accuracy of the digital micrometer head: +/- 0,001 mm, which are built-in doctor blade frames to adjust the gap between the slot die and the substrate.
Application Note	To achieve the best coating, adjustment of suitable parameters including but not limited to slurry viscosity, slurry feeding speed, the gap between slot die and substrate, shim thickness, coating speed, drying temperature, etc.
