Adjustable Film Applicator -This unique wet film applicator features micrometer heads for knife blade adjustment.
The operator sets the blade clearance by adjusting the micrometers. This is an excellent tool to make the quality film for material research laboratories to make ceramic tape casting, battery electrodes, and various coating at a lower cost. Stainless steel knife blade with a precision ground edge. 

SPECIFICATIONS:


Features
  • Stainless steel frame with 4 precision rolling wheels for easy moving
  • Built-in a slurry guiding plate to make coating material evenly distributed ahead blade.
  • PEFE baffle plates are placed inside the frame to avoid slurry leaking 
  • 500 mm standard width.
  • Make wet film thickness between 0 - 5000 microns.
  • The two digital micrometer heads with a thickness accuracy of 5 microns.
Optional 400 mm width slot die head may be added to film applicator to make hybrid coating
