Touch Screen Programmable Hydraulic Pump with Hydraulic Pipe up to 65 MPa for MTI Press - YLJ-HMI

YLJ-HMI  is a motorized hydraulic pump with programmable pressure control and a touch screen panel up to 65 MPa.  It can calculate and control the pressure according to the interdiameter of the pressing die directly.   It is designed to upgrade the MTI manual hydraulic pump to keep a constant dwelling pressure.

Power	208-240VAC, 50/60Hz (110V version is available via 500W transformer) 150 W AC motor.
Controller	Touch screen controller to set the inter-diameter of pressing the die,  target pressure, and pressing time, then touch the button to go RS-485 port is built-in  to connect a PC for operation PC control software based on LabVIEW is included. (Please inform us in advance if you would like to purchase a PC as well. We suggest you purchase a laptop from us for the pre-test.
