MSK-HRP-MG1 is a high-throughput, fully automated system designed to continuously process up to 32 metal samples. It integrates automated feeding, rapid heating, reciprocating rolling, optional flattening, and rapid cooling into a unified workflow, enabling seamless execution of key thermal and mechanical processes.

The system supports adjustable roller speeds to generate controlled shear forces and is equipped with auxiliary heating on both rollers to maintain processing temperature. Through precise plastic deformation, it effectively modifies metal geometry, refines microstructure, and tailors mechanical properties.

With modular rolling configurations and a fully programmable process sequence, the MSK-HRP-MG1 allows users to adapt the system to specific material and process requirements while maintaining consistent, repeatable results across multiple samples.

  • Do not wear cotton gloves (entanglement risk) 
  • Do not roll materials harder than rollers (< HRC28) 
  • Avoid excessive reduction for hard or cold rolling materials 
  • Do not force samples into rollers 
  • Do not manually push samples during feeding failure 
  • Avoid feeding molten or overheated samples in manual mode
