Single crystal KTN ( KTa 1-X NbXO3 ) is transparent isotropic crystal with very large electro-optic coefficients of about >600
pm/V, which is 20 times larger than that of conventional LiNbO3.
Standard substrate
- KTN ( KTa 1-X NbXO3 ) X=0.35
Orientation: (100) +/-0.5 o - Size: 10mm x 10mm x 0.5mm
- Polish: one side polished
- Surface finish (RMS or Ra) : < 10 A
- Packed: each in membrane box
Note: off size substrate tolarence of demention:10 mm x10mm+/-0.8mm
