Structure & Material

  • The Jis is made of Stainless steel, dimension below (split cell is not included)
  • Central space is 90mm L x 70W mm x 150 mm H
  • Customized size is available upon request with min. 4 sets order

Max. Working Pressure 
  • 100 Mpa
  • Please use the torque wrench to tighten the screw and control max. pressure
  • You may put a load sensor between two plates to measure load force accurately (tight by a wrench
  •              
Application Note
  • You can place any MTI split cell for SSB (< 65x80 mm area x 90 mm H) into the center of the jig, and tighten the screw by Manual torque wrench 
  • You may use the fixture to measure solid-state battery's thermal expansion during charging and discharging combining a precision thickness checker (click PIC 1)
  • You may use the device to measure SSB max. expansion pressure by adding dead weight pieces (PIC 2), e.g adding dead weight until SSB no expansion 
  • If you have enough budget, you may consider using a gas compressive press instead of the manual jig (PIC 3)
