MTI corporation provides the high quality Alumina (Al2O3) foam block with hardening alumina coating for high temperature tubing furnaces in universities, companies and national labs. It comes with the specifications as the following:
- Max. working temperature: < 1700ºC
- Diameter: 188 mm (7.40") ± 2mm (0.08")
- Length: 80 mm (3.14") ± 2mm (0.08")
- Feedthrough Diameter: 10 mm (0.39")
- The block must be put in the place between the sample and flange.
- Fit MTI's VBF-1200X-H8 Furnace.
Application Note:
- To prevent the dust-falling issues and ensure a cleaning process, it is suggested to apply a thin layer of alumina adhesive material on the surface of the foam block. Please click underline to order.
