This electrode sheet is based on Aluminum foil coated by Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide (NCM622) on a single side and can be used as the cathode of Li-Ion battery -- 5 sheets /bag

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Material:  LiNiCoMnO2  (6:2:2)
  • Current collector (substrate): Aluminum foil (15-16 microns, area density of 4.22mg/cm2)
  • Coated Area: 241mm L x 175mm W. The edge width of blank area is 12.5 mm for each side.  
  • Single sides area density: 11 ± 0.20 mg/cm2
  • Compaction density: 2.9 ± 0.1 g/cm3
  • Coating Thickness: ~38 um
  • Total Thickness: ~54 um
  • Active Material Proportion in Powder: 97.5% (PVDF and Super P is and 1% and 1.5% , respectively)
  • Specific Capacity: 170 mAh/g
  • Note:  The electrode sheet shall be stored in a vacuum box, a vacuum oven or a glove box to avoid degradation.
