300 MPa CIP or WIP Press with Electrode Feedthroughs and 30 mm ID Vessel - YLJ-CWIP-300

YLJ- CWIP-300 is a manual hydraulic isostatic press with two electrode feed-throughs in ID 30mm vessel up to 330 MPa pressure. One set of CIP or optional WIP die with 24T hydraulic press is included. It is an excellent tool for researching the pressure and temperature effect on solid-state battery capacity & cycle life.

CIP Vessel


  • Vessel Dimension: Inside: 30 mm (I.D.) x 110 mm (H) Overall: Φ100 × 315 H (mm)
  •  Two electrode feed-throughs are built into the vessel to connect a battery inside
Vessel Pressure


  • 0 - 300 MPa
  • For calculating the actual pressure (MPa) applied to your working piece, please follow the equations below:
  • P = T x g x 10 / (π x r^2 )
    • P: Actual pressure (Mpa) on the working piece
    • T: Actual force (metric ton) applied on the pressure vessel cylinder
    • g: gravitational acceleration of Earth g ≈ 9.8 m/s2
    • π: ~3.14
    • r: Radius (cm) of the Pressure Vessel (1.5 )
WIP Die Option
  • WIP die(Warm isostatic pressing) is available upon request 
  • Heating tape and a digital temperature controller are included 
  • Max. max. working temperature: RT - 90 oC
Electric Hydraulic Pump
( Optional)
  • You may upgrade the manual pump to an automatic electric pump at an extra cost ( Click Pic below to see specs )
Application Notes
 
  • You may use the liquid rubber to seal the sample to be CIP ( click Pic below to order ). Check this link to understand liquid rubber for sample preparation.  ( Pic. 1)
  • Also, you may use a chamber vacuum sealer to seal the sample before CIP ( Pic. 2)
