DZF-6050-Series is a vacuum oven with a KF25 adapter and a manual leak valve for venting. The maximum working temperature is 200 °C. Max vacuum level can reach 10^-2 torr at room temperature

SPECIFICATIONS:

Features
  • Stainless steel chamber with two layers of sample rack. 
  • Inner chamber size: 415 x 345 x 373 mm, 53 Liter, (L×H×D)
  • A good vacuum sealing is achieved by the silicone gasket and the positive latch door.
  • The double-layer window consists of 1/2" tempered glass and a transparent polycarbonate shield.
  • An adjustable leak valve for venting
  • KF25 Port connection with a vacuum pump.

  • AC 110 - 120 V 50/60 Hz (ETL Certified)-- power cable and plug are included
  • AC 208-240 VAC, power cable is included without a plug.

    Application Notes
    • For more information on how to calibrate the oven temperature, please review How to calibrate the oven.
    • An optional 4-pin electric feedthrough  could be installed from side the oven at an extra cost

    Attention
    • It's normal that the SS chamber wall will be slightly deformed and dulled at the surface during high-temperature operation under a vacuum. However, this would not affect any performance.
    • Please do not place the sample at the bottom of the chamber directly due to temperature uniformity issue.
