Application Note
This rectangular die is designed for pre-pressing of flexible polymer sheets for hot rolling, especially forĀ 
The procedure is suggested as below:
  1. Mixing the solid powder with liquid PTFE by high energy mixer (Pic. 1)
  2. Put the mixed powder into the die, and hot press to form a 2-5 mm thick sheet (Pic. 2)
  3. Hot rolling the polymer sheet into a thin electrode sheet ( 10 - 50 microns) ( Pic. 3)
  4. It is the customer's responsibility to find the most suitable parameters for mixing, pre-mold, and rolling based on your materials
