This electrode sheet is based on copper foil coated with silicon-carbon composite (Si/C) on a single side and is used as an anode of Li-Ion battery.

  • Anode material: Silicon-Carbon composite (Si/C, Si:C = 1:9)
  • Binder: SBR+CMC (2.5% SBR, 2% CMC), conductive carbon" Super P, 2.5% 
  • Single-side coating material density: 5.0 ± 0.2 mg/cm2
  • Compaction density: 1.2 ± 0.1 g/cm3
  • Active Material Proportion in Powder: 94%
  • Length: 241mm, Width: 200mm (coating width of 175 mm, left and right-hand side 12.5 mm without coating)
  • Total Thickness: ~50 um (single-side coated)
  • Foil Thickness: 9 um (Volume Destiny: 8.94 g/cm3, and Area Destiny: 8.046 mg/cm2)
  • Specific Capacity: 425 mAh/g
  • Warning: Please dry in vacuum oven before using and store it inside the glovebox after opening the package. The recommended temperature and time can be 80-120 °C for 6-12h.
